Thomas D. Davis, has served as our President & Chief Executive Officer since November 2007. He brings to Viskase nearly 30 years of experience in the meat processing industry. Prior to Viskase, Mr. Davis succeeded as President and Chief Executive Officer of Specialty Foods Group, Inc. and also served as Executive Vice President of Smithfield Foods, Inc. Tom earned a B.S. in Chemistry from State University of New York and an MBA in Finance from Illinois Benedictine University in Illinois.

John O. Cunningham, has served as our Vice President, Worldwide Human Resources since October 2002. Prior to this position, he also served as our Director of Human Resources/Compensation and Benefits (Sept 1995 to Sept 2002). Mr. Cunningham has held various positions with Viskase since 1990. John earned a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Illinois and an MBA from DePaul University.

Michael Goldberg, has served as the Vice President & Chief Financial Officer since November 14, 2007. Mr. Goldberg comes to Viskase with more than 30 years of experience serving as Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer for companies in the food products, technology, insurance, consumer, industrial and business-to-business sectors. Mike earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Illinois and a Master of Science degree in Taxation from DePaul University.

Bernard Lemoine, has served as our Vice President of Worldwide Operations since August 2006 and Director of Operations since 1999. He is responsible for Viskase production facilities worldwide. Mr. Lemoine has been with Viskase in various positions since 1985 and holds a degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Valenciennes.

Newton Martins, serves as Vice President for Viskase Brasil Embalagens Ltda. Bringing to the company 25 years of experience in chemical manufacturing. He has been employed by Viskase since 1999 and oversees all operations for South America. Newton earned a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry and Master of Science in Chemical Engineering from Oswaldo Cruz University.

Myron D. Nicholson, Ph.D, serves as our Vice President of New Products and Technology. He has over 30 years of experience in polymers and natural products-related research, new product development, inks, printing and regulatory issues. Dr. Nicholson earned an M.S. and Ph.D. in Cellulose and Paper Engineering from The Institute of Paper Chemistry and a B.S. in Chemistry from Northland College.

Maurice J. Ryan, has served as our Sr. Vice President since September 2000, with recent responsibilities in Worldwide FIBROUS and PLASTIC products. He has held various sales positions of increasing responsibility since 1977. Maury holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from California State Polytechnic University.

Jean-Luc Tillon, has served as our President, Viskase S.A.S. since January 1999, with recent responsibilities as Sr. Vice President, Worldwide NOJAX^® and LCC products. He previously served as Director of Finance, Europe from January 1999 to June 2003 and as Director of Sales and Marketing, Europe from July 2003 to March 2004. Mr. Tillon has been employed by Viskase since 1986 and currently also serves as Director of Viskase SpA, Viskase GmbH and Viskase Polska. Jean-Luc earned his Bachelor degree from the Institut Commercial Superieur (ICS) and Master of Business Administration from HEC Paris.
