Management Team

Thomas D. Davis, has served as our President and Chief Executive Officer since November 2007.Tom comes to Viskase with nearly 30 years of experience in the meat industry. Most recently, Tom was the President and Chief Executive Officer of Specialty Foods Group, Inc. Prior to Specialty Foods he was the Executive Vice President of Smithfield Foods, Inc. responsible for all merger and acquisition activity. Tom earned a B.S. in Chemistry from State University of New York and an MBA in Finance from Illinois Benedictine College in Illinois.

John O. Cunningham, has served as our Vice President of Worldwide Human Resources since August of 2006. From October of 2002 to July of 2006, he served as the Vice President of Human Resources and previously was the Director of Human Resources/Compensation and Benefits. Mr. Cunningham has a BS degree from the University of Illinois and an MBA from DePaul University. He has been employed by us since 1990.

Michael Goldberg, has served as our Interim Chief Financial Officer since November 2007. Mike comes to Viskase with more than 30 years of experience serving as Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, Secretary and Director for companies in the food products, technology, insurance, consumer, industrial and business-to-business sectors. Mike earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Illinois and a Master of Science degree in Taxation from DePaul University.

Bernard Lemoine, has served as our Vice President of Worldwide Operations since August of 2006 and Director of Operations since 1999. He is responsible for all Worldwide Operations. Mr. Lemoine has been with Viskase in various positions since 1985. Mr. Lemoine has an Industrial Engineering degree.

Henry Palacci, has served as our Vice President and Chief Operating Officer since August of 2006 and Vice President of Worldwide Strategic Planning since January 2005. As VP & Chief Operating Officer, Henry Palacci is responsible for all production facilities, engineering, quality, new product development, technical service, partnerships and mergers & acquisitions. Mr. Palacci has served as Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Viskase EMEA. Mr. Palacci is also on the board of several other companies in the technology and construction industries. He holds a Bachelor's degree from Georgetown University and a MBA from INSEAD.

Maurice J. Ryan, has served as our Vice President, Sales, North America since September 2000. He also served as our Vice President, U.S. and Canada Sales beginning in 2000, our Vice President, West Region from 1997 to 2000, Vice President, Strategic Accounts from 1995 to 1997 and our Vice President, Sales from 1993 to 1995. Mr Ryan has been employed by us since 1977.

Jean-Luc Tillon, has served as our President, Viskase S.A.S. since January 1999. He previously served as our Director of Finance, Europe from January 1999 to June 2003 and as our Director of Sales and Marketing, Europe from July 2003 to March 2004. Mr. Tillon has been employed by us since 1986 and currently also serves as a Director of Viskase SpA, Viskase GmbH and Viskase Polska.
