SEALFLEX™ BARRIER BAGS SEALFLEX™ Barrier Shrink Bags are made from a revolutionary new multi-layer design capable of delivering a variety of shrink levels, high puncture resistance, high clarity, and multiple levels of oxygen and moisture barrier. All products can be used in cook and ship application. SEALFLEX™ bags are designed to work on all commercially available packaging machines and sealing temperatures. Factory seals of several types are produced to accommodate almost any product shape: e.g. bottom, side, curve, and straight. Bags can be printed up to 8 color with front and back capability to further enhance product appearance. The tough exterior surface can withstand the day-to-day abuse associated with manufacturing and delivering processed meats to the market. SEALKASE™ Film. SEALKASE™ Film is a flat sheet film that can be used on commercially available in-line sealing/stuffing equipment. Using state-of-the-art flatwidth control system, SEALKASE™ Films are extruded to provide exceptional diameter uniformity at stuffing. Consistent product dimensions are key to optimum productivity and minimum product give-away. They offer superb adhesion and shrink properites working together to control purge during processing and assure a wrinkle-free product without having to overstuff the casing. SEALKASE™ films come in roll stock form and are abailable in a wide range of flatwidth sizes, clear and blue colors. PRECISION SINUGA Casings. PRECISION casing is a transparent seamless cellulose tube with a strong visual appeal making it a fine choice for packaging chub style sausage and products for retail display. PRECISION SINUGA is a clear matt casing printed veined aspect which allows you to get a casing similar in color and appearance to the natural sinuga. It can be clipped with one or two loops and tied with netting strings and its low stretch characteristics make it ideal for use in the manufacture of various types of coooked sausages.
