Viskase E-Z SMOKE Fibrous Casings add flavor to your smoked meat products.

E-Z SMOKE Fibrous Casings are a breakthrough for producers of ham and luncheon meats. Because the smoke is already in the casing, atomized or conventional smoking may be eliminated from processing schedules resulting in:

Availability

E-Z SMOKE SHIRMATIC® Fibrous Casings are available size 2 1/2 through 12 in:

• SHIRMATIC E-Z LOAD®
• SHIRMATIC 600
• SHIRMATIC 100

NOTE: E-Z SMOKE Fibrous Casing is not available in SHIRMATIC 100XL or 600XL formats in every size. Check with your Customer Service representative for availability.

REELSMOKE® Fibrous Casings are rollstock casings, available in sizes 8M to 14 and they are specifically designed for use on Reel-Pak or Futaba ham stuffing machines.

E-Z SMOKE Casings are available in all casing colors and treatments (Regular, E-Z PEEL® and DS). MP (moisture proof) casings are also available.
