Precision Casings offer low stretch characteristics which make them ideal for use in the manufacture of various types of cooked sausages such as cylindrical mortadellas and spreading sausages. Precision Casings may be used either soaked (15 to 30 minutes in 15 to 20°C water) or non soaked for specific uncooked sausages applications such as Teewurst (quality OF). Precision Casings can be supplied clear but also colored. Four standard colors are available : Smoke, Rauch, Black and Clear Mat. Precision casings are supplied in 20 meter bundles and in cut pieces pre-tied or not. Availability
