General Data

A high stretch, thick-walled, glossy casing which has the ability to shrink during drying. H.S. Casings are well suited to a wide variety of applications including mortadella, cooked hams, pancettas, and pieces of dried meat.

H.S. Casings can be supplied in either clear or smoke coloured version. H.S. Casings are available in 20 meter bundles and cut pieces, pre-tied or not.
