ZEPHYR Casings are thin walled casings that stretch to provide maximum conformity to naturally shaped meat products after processing. Typical uses are semi-boneless hams, butts and picnics. ZEPHYR Casings must be soaked prior to stuffing for a minimum of 30 minutes in 80°F to 100°F (26°C to 38°C). ZEPHYR Casings are supplied in cut length pieces and are available with up to nine (9) drilled vent holes for ease of stuffing.
