One issue that may be of concern is will the stuffing horn fit in the bore of the shirred stick of casing. Click on Horn Sizes to see what is the maximum horn suggested for use with each casing size.

There are several models of Frank-A-Matics and Hitecs as well as other stuffing equipment.  The model of machine will determine the length of the individual stick of casing that can be used.
