Over the past 75 years, SCOTnet has developed a full range of nets in various types, strengths and colors demanded by today's industry.

The SCOTnet System includes elastic netting supplied in rolls and the SCOTnetAutomatic Net Loader. This unique system provides a cost saving advantage over the inefficiencies of using cut pieces. The state-of-the-art smoother and AutomaticNet Loader runs faster, smoother and compacts more netting per loading cycle onto the stuffing tubes than the current net loading machines on the market today. Cut pieces are also available for smaller operations.

SCOTnet Polyester Elastic Netting comes in six standard power levels ­ meaning more options to meet your varying product needs. Netting with a high power level is used for multi-muscled products to ensure the elimination of internal air pockets and voids. The varying power levels also leave distinctive indention patterns, giving your marketing department options to differentiate products.

SCOTnet Colored Netting Options (white, scarlet, royal blue, black, emerald green, gold, claret, or combinations) give you point-of-sale presentation that no other netting manufacturer can offer. Also offered is a "clear" netting, a unique, patented clear polyester yarn giving the appearance of butcher tied string.

Product Guarantees

Product Guarantees are available through our Regulatory Affairs Department. The Product Guaranty is a legal document, stating that the Viskase Casing product complies with the United States Federal Food, Drug and Cosmetic Act. Each guaranty is tailored to a specific Viskase Casing product, food application and customer, and must contain original signature to be valid.
