Viskase has won the CFIA 2020 Innovation Trophy in the Quality, Hygiene, Security and Environmental category!!

Viskase is dedicated to improving processes for our customers through innovation like “the Milkeur” project that was developed by the Beauvais Food Lab in collaboration with Monique Ranou. “The Milkeur” simplifies the release of meat from Nojax® casings and prevents operators from developing musculoskeletal disorders.
