Viskase is one of three finalists in the Quality, Hygiene, Security and Environmental categories for the “Trophees de l’Innovation 2020” at the CFIA tradeshow in France! Our innovative “the Milkeur” project was developed by the Beauvais Food Lab in collaboration with our French customer, Monique Ranou, in order to simplify the release of meat from Nojax casings and to prevent operators from developing musculoskeletal disorders.
This development will improve the working conditions for our customers’ employees!
